Yes. A fully refundable token of Rs. 10,000 is required to activate your bidding paddle. The charges will apply post-KYC with a valid PAN Card. This token cannot be adjusted against the final invoice in case of a winning bid.
While all other refunds are processed in 2–3 days from the closing of the auction, the top three bidders will receive theirs in 15–21 days, as the lot may pass to the next highest bidder if the winner forfeits.

You can place bids on multiple lots to increase your chances of winning. Bidding customers will also be able to view the latest bid and the next bid amount.
Bid increments follow a fixed step-up structure:
• For bids up to Rs. 20,00,000, the step-up increment is 10% of the current bid, rounded-off to the nearest Rs. 1,000.
• For bids above Rs. 20,00,000, the step-up increment is Rs. 50,000.

When you set an auto bid limit, the system places the lowest winning bid on your behalf. The auto bid is reactive—it will only increase your bid when you are outbid. If another bidder moves higher, your bid adjusts automatically, and you’ll be notified if you lose the lead.
Every watch is evaluated by in-house specialists from the seller—Jay’s Watch Store. The evaluation process is non-invasive. Watches are not opened or serviced. Instead, emphasis is placed on documentation, ownership trail, and purchase history. How the watch was acquired and cared for forms the basis of its validation. Please check all details before placing a bid.
You will receive a confirmation email with your invoice and payment instructions. Each bidder will have 3 days to make the full & final payment. Once the payment is completed, our Assisted Sales team will coordinate delivery.

No. Unlike most auctions, we do not charge a buyer’s premium.
Only prepaid orders made with Credit Card, Debit Card & Net Banking will be accepted. Final payment details will be shared in the confirmation email after you have won a bid.
Yes. Secure shipping is available domestically. Shipping charges and insurance are included in the winning bid amount.
